Wow Noelle Love packed sweet indulgent deliciousness with humor and drama all into one novel. Three French Hen,s Two Macaroons and Lovers In a Bakery was quite an enjoyable short read. The main characters Margot, Tali and Zenna take the readers on a journey of how the three came together to operate a bakery near the Eiffel Tower. The women express a love for business and sweets. The novel shows how a toxic relationship between Margot and Aubin bring drama into the novel and gives us a glimpse into the inner sensitivity of a woman who seemingly always has it together. Tali's innocence is refreshing and Zenna's "go get it" spirit balances out this trio. This was an amazing book not only with a great story but even better decadent recipes dispersed throughout.
