Summary: No Easy Day: The Firsthand Account of the Mission that Killed Osama Bin Laden ~ Mark Owen

Below is my review of Summary: No Easy Day: The Firsthand Account of the Mission that Killed Osama Bin Laden

This summary was "real" in a sense that it intrigued me enough to want to read more about the experience Mark Owen endured during the mission that eventually lead to the death of terrorist Osama Bin Laden. This summary for being what is really got into to some details such as how Team 6 was formed. It showed some of their vulnerabilities in every day life duties they had to do to get to the point of the mission. Much was left out due to being a summarized version of the book. But this write up did just what it was supposed to do. It intrigued the reader into wanting more details about how this man, Mark Owen, became a Navy Seal and how he eventually ended up on Team 6. From my understanding Team 6 is a group of Seals that the best of the best in the Seals. You already have to be the best to be a Seal now we are talking about the best of the best.

Intriguing is the word that I am going to use for this summary, because that is just what it did. It intrigued me to continue to want to know more about the mission, more about the men who made the ultimate sacrifice to bring down a well known terrorist. We sometimes forget that the soldiers, these Seals are just that men. This summary focuses on that, the humanity as well as the mission.
