Inevitable Act II by Johnie Jay ~ Book Review

Inevitable Act llInevitable Act ll by Johnie Jay
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

As always I am ever so happy to have read Act II. I tried waiting until this weekend, but you know how cliffhangers work. This was a great continuation of Act I. Jay's writing style continues to be a favorite of mine. I am so thankful for his Instagram page otherwise I would have been completely in the dark in regards to his writing capabilities. For those of my viewers that track my blog, trust me when I say you will thoroughly enjoy this series. Please do yourself a favor, read the books in order (Act I then Act II lol). I love how this second book wrapped up some lingering questions from the first. I do however wish this series was about 5 acts long. I believe there is more to be told especially with Angela's best friends.

I absolutely love your writing style. it was if I was placed in the center of Future and Angel's lives. Quite the page turner. I did not wish to put it down. The sex scenes were great and not overly done or too dramatic to where it wouldn't seem real. Bravo Sir Bravo

I am looking forward to reading Act II

The Fifth Shadow ~ Matthew Thomas

The Fifth Shadow: Addiction/First Time Experience of Sex and Instant Addiction to It.The Fifth Shadow: Addiction/First Time Experience of Sex and Instant Addiction to It. by Matthew Thomas
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

The Fifth Shadow by Matthew Thomas was a short interesting read with a slight erotic insight to a young man's journey into adulthood and sex. Thomas character development was quite thorough. Young Mike does not know what he is getting himself into relationship wise. He seemingly has his upbringing and morals tested by his gorgeous boss constantly at his job. Thomas gives it to the reader fast and straight.

I appreciate the way he wrote this novel, there was no lingering around with cluttered back story mumbo jumbo; but he still inserted past events and stories that help mold and shape the main characters for the reader. As I stated before The Fifth Shadow is a pretty fast read with enough drama and erotic action in it to keep the story movie without being filthy. Great job Matthew Thomas I am sensing a part II to this short novel. The Fifth Shadow: Addiction/First Time Experience of Sex and Instant Addiction to It. by Matthew Thomas is on Brittany's read shelf. Brittany gave this book 3 stars

Tickle Me ~ Monica Bouvier

Tickle MeTickle Me by Monica Bouvier
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

Monica Bouvier surprised me in the novel "Tickle Me" with many elements that I would not have associated in an erotic fiction. Bouvier's characters are well developed and as a reader you really have to pay attention to this plot from beginning to end to get the full concept. Tickle Me was a good novel and kept me mildly interested. This novel reads kind of like a soap opera, there is drama, sex, intimacy backstabbing and a sense of feeling that all is not well with the office workers. I did quite enjoy how Bouvier included office politics within the story line it made the story have a more realistic feel to it. At points the reader could identify with the main character Alice and who hasn't had or wanted a tough/bad "A" friend like Patty. I reiterate the character setup was superb.

Although I thought the novel was entirely too long for the plot, it was not a bad read and I would venture into reading some more of Bouvier's works.Tickle Me put a definite spin on erotic fiction and was very well rounded novel despite the wordiness.
